Ransäterspôjkera and Knapphändigt
Ransäterspôjkera was one of the orchestras we met early after we made our dancing debut. We have plenty of nice memories from dances when they were playing, both from Örjansringen and Mälarsalen.
We have several times during the past years had the pleasure to dance when one of the members of that group has been playing, namely Conny. He plays melodeon and accordion, previously with Wermdö Durspelare, and nowadays with Knapphändigt.
But this evening we were delighted because besides Knapphändigt, Ransäterspôjkera with Gert Ohlsson were also playing.
This was a dear reunion. Ransäterspojkarna played with the same brilliance as when we last met them. That was probably also in Alvik, some 20 years ago.
The evening is a new jolly dance memory. The event was well attended, which sometimes made the dance floor a little crowded. But mostly it was still space enough for a nice dance.
The orchestra Knapphändigt played also excellent dance music - at times at a slightly lower pace compared with Ransäterspôjkera.
