Flamingokvintetten at Mälarsalen

Since the gammaldans events at Mälarsalen ceased, our visits there have been rather infrequent.

But included with some dance courses we have participated in, we have got some free entrances. This evening we used the last of those.

We can not remember that we previously have danced at any events with Flamingokvintetten, and it was nice to feel that we appreciated them.

The group has been active since 1960, and they played many melodies that have followed us through the years.

At the dance floor it was just right with space. We recognised some of the visitors from the former gammaldans events.

The visitors seemed to be in a holiday mood, and although we missed the gammaldans, the dance was still enjoyable.
