Gammeldax and Bröderna Lindqvist invites to dance in Alvik

Gammeldax were in previous decades playing at Örjansringens dances the day before the new year's eve. This evening the orchestra was to our great pleasure reborn.

The ´jämtländers´ Bröderna Lindqvist are well known and have also been active since many years. Dancing snoa when they play Viggen must today be regarded as a classic.

It was nice to find some old friends that we have not seen for quite a while there.

The orchestras alternated during the evening. At the last part of the dance however, both orchestras joined the stage. The musicians seemed to enjoy this as much as we dancers, and the dance was prolonged with an extra quarter of an hour.
